California’s BURBANK (KABC) 
The majority of the floats in Pasadena’s annual Tournament of Roses Parade are put together by specialized float-building businesses, with support from hordes of volunteers and funding from corporate sponsors.
Six of these floats will be constructed for the parade in 2023, representing places like Burbank and Sierra Madre. The groups help one another, especially during this crucial week leading up to the parade. They claim that their motivation is the pure delight of seeing others smile.
